uujili Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the uujili platform by all registered members in the Philippines. Please read each section carefully before creating an account or placing any wager. By accessing or using the platform, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms in full.

1. Acceptance of Terms
Access to and use of the uujili platform — including its website, mobile application, and all gaming services — is conditional upon your full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not access or use the platform. uujili reserves the right to update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirement
To register and use the uujili platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. The platform is strictly prohibited for use by minors. uujili reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close accounts where the age requirement cannot be confirmed.
- You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming in your jurisdiction. Philippine players are responsible for confirming that their participation complies with applicable local laws.
- You must not be a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction where access to online gaming is prohibited or restricted by law.
- You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of uujili or any of its affiliated entities.
Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a breach of these terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balances held.
3. Account Creation and Security
Each player may hold only one registered account on the uujili platform. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any funds held within them.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party.
If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify uujili support immediately at [email protected]. uujili will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access that occurred before you reported the incident and before the platform was able to act on that report.
uujili may require identity verification documents at any point during the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or during a routine security review. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in a temporary hold or permanent closure of the account.
4. Platform Usage Rules and User Obligations
By using the uujili platform, you agree to comply with the following rules and obligations at all times:
- You will use the platform solely for personal, lawful, and recreational purposes.
- You will not attempt to manipulate, exploit, or abuse any game, system, promotion, or bonus mechanism on the platform.
- You will not use any automated software, scripts, bots, or other tools to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
- You will not engage in any form of collusion, fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity through the platform.
- You will not access another player's account, impersonate any other person, or misrepresent your identity.
- You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any part of the platform's software, games, or infrastructure.
Any breach of these obligations may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and — where applicable — referral to relevant authorities.
5. Payments and Transactions
All transactions on the uujili platform are processed in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). Deposits must be made using payment methods listed and accepted within the platform. You must only use payment methods registered in your own name; third-party deposits are not permitted.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts, as well as applicable processing times, are displayed within the platform at the time of transaction. uujili is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and security checks. uujili reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, if identity verification is incomplete, or if the source of funds cannot be confirmed. Funds deposited for gaming purposes are not protected by deposit guarantee schemes. uujili does not pay interest on account balances. Inactive accounts — those with no login or transaction activity for a period defined in the platform's account policy — may be subject to an inactivity fee, details of which are available on request.
6. Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability: uujili provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of game results, or the fitness of the service for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, uujili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
uujili does not guarantee winnings from any game. All games involve chance, and outcomes are not predictable or controllable. Participation in games on the platform constitutes acceptance of this inherent risk.
Intellectual Property: All content on the uujili platform — including but not limited to software, game titles, graphics, logos, interface design, text, and audio — is the intellectual property of uujili or its licensed content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of platform content may result in legal action.
Third-Party Links: The platform may reference or link to third-party services for informational purposes. uujili does not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site or service. Access to third-party resources is at your own risk.
7. Account Suspension, Closure and Governing Law
Account Suspension and Closure: uujili reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases where: a breach of these Terms and Conditions has occurred; fraudulent activity is suspected; a player has self-excluded or requested closure; or where required by applicable law or regulatory authority. Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited.
Players may request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any verified balance — subject to the absence of pending disputes or withheld funds — will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
Changes to Terms: uujili reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of the uujili platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Philippines.
